AGTG, LLC carries Errors and Omission and liability insurance. In addition, as protection against tour default, all tour funds are placed in an escrow trust account to ensure their availability to cover all tour expenses.

Health, accident and luggage protection insurance is provided with each tour package having eight or more travelers.

Arrival and departure transfers for Land-Only passengers, transportation between home city and airport at USA gateways, airport taxes, passport fees, tips to motor-coach driver, phone calls, laundry service and items of personal nature, alcohol (other than complimentary wine with meals), hotel room service meals, or other services not specifically designated.

Most airlines allow two pieces of checked baggage maximum combined dimensions of both 107" but neither bag may exceed 62" or 32kg [70 Ib.] Airlines will charge a fee for bags exceeding a weight limit of 23 kg [51 lb.] A carrying bag not to exceed 43" may be stowed under your seat. This is subject to change pending the specific air carrier's current policy.

U.S. citizens require a valid passport for international travel to Europe. A visa is not required for travel to Georgia. Travel to certain countries (Turkey, Armenia, Azerbaijan, etc.) require visas. Non-U.S. citizens should consult their consulate for required documents.

You may be able to extend your stay in accordance with the terms of the air carrier used. Additional air fare/land charges may be incurred due to the extension. If the stay is extended, all expenses, such as hotels, meals, transfer, etc. are the responsibility of the traveler.

Passengers NOT arriving on designated flights that adhere to the AGTG tour schedule, and land-only passengers whose arrivals do not coincide with AGTG tour schedule, must arrange for transfers to hotels at their own expense.

Round-trip motor coach and/or SUV transportation is included, unless otherwise specified.

All meals are included (hotels used by AGTG serve breakfast) and will be provided at AGTG specified restaurants. Complimentary wine will be served with the evening meal. Hotel room service meals are not included.

AGTG, LLC acts only as agent for the passenger with respect to tour services. AGTG, LLC assume no responsibility or liability in whole or in part for any delays, delayed or changed departure or arrival, missed carrier connections; loss; damage; weather; strikes; circumstances beyond our control; force majeure (Act of God); war quarantine; criminal activity; expenses; accident; sickness; injury or death to person or property; or mechanical defect, failure or negligence of any nature caused in connection with any accommodations, restaurant, transportation or other services or for any substitution of hotels or of common carrier equipment beyond our control, with or without notice or any additional expenses incurred thereby. If due to weather, flight schedules or other uncontrollable factors you are required to spend an additional night, you will be responsible for your own hotel, transfers and meal costs. No refund will be made for any unused portion of the tour due to these causes or voluntary cancellations. Baggage is at the owner's risk entirely. The right is reserved to decline to accept or retain any person as a member of this tour at any time. By forwarding a deposit, the passenger certifies that he/she does not have a mental, physical or other conditions of disability that would create a hazard for him/her or other passengers and accepts the terms of the contract. No revisions of the printed itinerary or the "Included Features" are anticipated. However, AGTG, LLC reserves the right to make changes at any time for good reason with or without notice, and AGTG, LLC shall not be liable for any such cancellations, substitutions or changes that occur. All fares as well as transportation schedules, port calls, hours of arrival and departure, special programs and guest lecturers (if applicable), are subject to change without prior notice. AGTG, LLC shall not be required to refund any portion of the fare or make any other compensations under these circumstances. AGTG, LLC cannot be responsible for penalties assessed by air carriers that may result due to operational and/or itinerary changes, regardless if the passenger and/or passenger’s travel agent makes the flight arrangements. Any additional expenses resulting from the above will be paid by the individual passenger. AGTG, LLC reserves the right to substitute hotels of a similar category for those listed in the brochure. Air tickets, when issued, shall constitute the sale contract between the air company concerned and the purchaser of these tours and/or passenger. The airlines and other transportation companies concerned are not to be held responsible for any act, omission or event during the time passengers are not on board their conveyances.

Cancellations for all or any part of the trip will not be effective until received in writing in the offices of AGTG, LLC. Should you cancel, the following terms apply: full refund prior to 60 days from the date of departure, less $100.00 per person administrative fee. Cancellations received within 31 to 60 days of departure will result in payments received being applied to cover actual expenses, fees and outlays. Remaining money will be refunded. Cancellations 30 days or less prior to departure, a no-show or early return from the trip will result in forfeiture of 100% of the published tour cost. Applicable airline cancellation and administrative fees will be assessed.

All space is on a first-come, first-served basis. We suggest you reserve as far in advance as possible. Due to high demand and limited space, a deposit of $350 per person is required at time of booking.  A Deposit payment indicates acceptance of the Tour Terms & Conditions.

The prices are quoted in US dollars. PACKAGES are guaranteed against any fluctuation in the rate of exchange if fully paid 90 days prior to tour departure. After this period, we reserve the right to adjust prices accordingly. Also, we reserve the right to pass on any increases received from hotels, airlines or other suppliers of services that are part of the tour package. A full refund will be made to passengers not wishing to pay increases provided that the passenger's written cancellation is received by AGTG, LLC within five (5) days after price increase notification.
